Until 31 December 2024, WAN S.A. completed 38 investments, with total surface area of over 323,000 sq.m divided into 188,000 sq.m of residential surface, 74,000 sq.m of office surface, over 39,000 sq.m of warehouse surface and over 21,000 sq.m of retail surface.
Office, retail and warehouse surface is leased by a diversified group of tenants, representing both Polish and foreign capital, including global network entities.
The total office and retail surface for lease is over 5.300 sq.m.
