Babka Tower

Babka Tower was one of the highest residential and office buildings in Poland for a long time and is a widely recognisable landmark of Warsaw. It became prestigious because of the quality of the architectural design of the Jems Architekci studio and the high quality of materials used to finish the building.

A total of 356 apartments have been designed in the building – 142 are located in the 25-story tower part, and the remaining 214 apartments are located on 11-storeys in the lower part.

Excellent location in terms of transport-communication between Al. Jana Pawła and the Radosława roundabout, the nearby Dworzec Gdański metro station as well as the immediate vicinity of the popular Arkadia shopping centre have a noticeable impact on the comfort of its users. In the close vicinity, there is the Old Town and numerous parks. Inside the building there is a green, quiet patio with a water cascade and a place to rest. The building has a reception service for residents and guests as well as a security and monitoring system.
