The investment is carried out as part of several independent development projects which will include 463 apartments with usable areas in the range of 31-94 ^sq.m.

The first phase include ten three-storey buildings (nine apartments in each building), two single-family buildings (with two two-floor residential premises in each building) as well as one retail and commercial building for a department store.

The investment completed in the fourth quarter of 2019.
