Housing estate project located in Gdańsk Oliwa.

It’s a housing estate project located in Gdańsk Oliwa, near historical buildings of this part of the city and the seaside. There is a beach in Jelitkowo, one of the cleanest and best developed in the Tri-City only 1.5 km away. This location offers a convenient access to the developed infrastructure as well as shopping centres, leisure areas and sports facilities.

The project was designed as a complex of eight four-storey residential buildings with 315 apartments and 340 parking lots. Despite the large scale, the complex has an intimate character because of its low buildings and stylistically diverse facades. The area was purchased by WAN S.A. from the University of Gdańsk in 2007.

In May 2008, the whole investment was sold after the project completion to a well-known development company from the Tri-City.
