The investment is planned to include 9 buildings with two premises of around 260 m² each. In the immediate surroundings, there are single-family, detached and terraced residential buildings.

In the office and retail part, a building with a total area of about 2,950 sq.m is planned.

The investment will be located in the Warsaw district of Ursynów, in the vicinity of Puławska street – the city main street, close to the southern ring road of Warsaw.
